Robert Freeman is Director of Administration for ODFL. He teaches economics and history at Los Altos High School where he also coached the Speech and Debate team, including producing a national champion in 2006. He has traveled extensively in both the developed and developing world. He holds a B.S. in economics from Santa Clara University. He has two children in California public schools.

Terry Kropp is Director of School Operations for ODFL. Ms. Kropp worked in the computer industry for ten years where she was Language Translations Manager for PeopleSoft. She was also Translation Manager, International Marketing for Sybase and Marketing Project Manager, European Business Development for 3Com. Ms. Kropp has been involved with her children’s schools, serving on Site Council at the high school, junior high and elementary school levels. She holds a BA in Liberal Studies from Humboldt State University.

Cathy Dwulet is Director of Delivery Services for ODFL. Ms. Dwulet worked in Silicon Valley for various consulting, computer and research firms for over 15 years. Part of her work including living in France and managing multi-national and multi-language market research projects. She is very involved in her children's schools, serving as chairperson for different volunteer activities. Going to fourth grade in France instilled the love of travel and language which has carried through to her family and professional life. Ms. Dwulet has a B.A. in Economics from UCSB and an MBA from the University of Washington.

Leo Florendo is Director of Operations for ODFL. Mr. Florendo teaches Web Production and Audio Engineering at Freestyle Academy of Communication Arts and Technology. He is the ODFL Webmaster. Prior to joining Freestyle Academy as one of its founders, Mr. Florendo taught Physics, Mathematics, and Pre-Engineering at Los Altos High School where he also coached the nationally ranked Robotics team and was the Marching Band Drill Writer and Visual Instructor. He spent four years in the Peace Corps in the South Pacific Kingdom of Tonga. Mr. Florendo is a certified rescue diver and speaks Tongan and Japanese. He is a Banana Slug alumnus of the University of California at Santa Cruz with BA degrees in Physics and Math. He also holds a Masters in Instructional Technology from San Jose State University. He has one daughter.
