ODFL Staff Profiles

Robert FRobert Freeman is Director of Administration for ODFL. Mr. Freeman teaches Social Studies at Los Altos High School where he also coached the Speech and Debate Team, including producing a national champion in 2006. Prior to his teaching career, Mr. Freeman spent 19 years in the computer industry. He was Vice President, International Marketing, for Sybase and Japan Country Manager for 3Com. Mr. Freeman holds a B.S. from Santa Clara University and an MBA from Stanford. He has two children.

Lisa BLisa Bolton is Director of Delivery Services for ODFL. Ms. Bolton teaches Forensic Science, Biology and Earth Science at Los Altos High School. In addition to being an avid traveler, Ms. Bolton has organized and lead school groups in Kenya, Nepal, Mexico, and Yosemite. From the summit of Kilimanjaro to great white shark diving off the Farallon Islands, nothing has been as exhilarating as her first ODFL expedition in 2007. Ms. Bolton holds a BS in General Biology from the University of California at San Diego. While at UCSD, she spent a year aboard at Flinders University of South Australia. She also holds a Masters of Science in Education Administration from Cal State Fullerton. As a resident of San Francisco, Ms. Bolton enjoys all the activities The City has to offer.

Leo FLeo Florendo is Director of Operations for ODFL. Mr. Florendo teaches Web Production and Audio Engineering at Freestyle Academy of Communication Arts and Technology. He is the ODFL Webmaster. Prior to joining Freestyle Academy as one of its founders, Mr. Florendo taught Physics, Mathematics, and Pre-Engineering at Los Altos High School where he also coached the nationally ranked Robotics team and was the Marching Band Drill Writer and Visual Instructor. He spent four years in the Peace Corps in the South Pacific Kingdom of Tonga. Mr. Florendo is a certified rescue diver and speaks Tongan and Japanese. He is a Banana Slug alumnus of the University of California at Santa Cruz with BA degrees in Physics and Math. He also holds a Masters in Instructional Technology from San Jose State University. He has one daughter.

Terry KTerry Kropp is Director of School Operations for ODFL. Ms. Kropp worked in the computer industry for ten years where she was Language Translations Manager for PeopleSoft. She was also Translation Manager, International Marketing for Sybase and Marketing Project Manager, European Business Development for 3Com. Ms. Kropp has been involved with her children’s schools, serving on Site Council at the high school, junior high and elementary school levels. She holds a BA in Liberal Studies from Humboldt State University.
